Family owned in Highland. We treat your house like it's our own — save what can be saved, protect the rest of the house, and walk you through the whole job. Typical arrival: 60 minutes.
Family owned and operated
We take care of your house the way we'd take care of our own. Save what can be saved. Replace what is actually damaged. Cover floors, furniture, and rooms that are not part of the loss so dust and grit stay in the work area — not on the sofa, not down the hall.
Crews work the job, not the living room. If it is insurance, we walk the claim with you from the first photo to the last moisture log. If you are paying yourself, you get fair, transparent pricing before we start.
Services
Water, mold, and commercial work — for homes and businesses across Highland, Utah County, and the Salt Lake Valley.
Why the first day matters
Utah freeze bursts, swamp-cooler leaks, and monsoon window wells do not stay Category 1 for long. We extract on the first visit, map every wet cavity with thermal imaging, and leave equipment running until the wood hits IICRC dry standard — not until the room “looks dry.”

Process
01
A live coordinator answers 24/7. We dispatch a certified crew and are typically on site within 60 minutes anywhere in the Salt Lake Valley.
02
Thermal imaging, moisture meters, and a written scope. You see the same readings, photos, and logs we send your insurance adjuster. No mystery line items.
03
Professional extraction and structural drying — air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers as the job needs. We monitor daily until wood and drywall hit dry standard.
04
Rebuild what is damaged. Protect what is not. Insurance jobs: we walk the claim end to end — moisture logs, dry logs, photos, and whatever else the carrier asks for. If you are paying yourself, the price is fair and in writing before we start.
Insurance
Moisture logs, daily dry logs, photos, written scopes — and anything else the adjuster asks for. You should not have to assemble the file.
Meter readings by room, material, and date — the same numbers we send the adjuster.
What equipment is running, grains per pound, and when the structure hits dry standard.
As-found, as-opened, and as-dried. Cavities, serial numbers, and the loss the way the carrier needs to see it.
What we extracted, what we dried, what we rebuilt. Line items an adjuster can match — plus anything else they ask for.
Equipment
We use professional restoration equipment on every job: air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers. Not hardware-store fans.

High-velocity fans aimed at wet walls, carpet, and baseboards — not a box fan from the hardware store.

Commercial dehumidifiers pull moisture out of the air so wood and drywall actually dry, not just feel dry.

HEPA filtration on mold and Category 3 jobs so spores and dust do not migrate into clean rooms.

Insurance
Utah homeowners are not required to use an insurer’s preferred vendor. We write the estimate, attend the joint inspection, and send moisture logs, dry logs, and photos with the claim. Sudden pipe bursts are usually covered; gradual leaks and some sewer backups are not. We tell you which is which before we open a wall.
